Mimir is an overkill antiflood plugin.
It also adds some very handy support for ircu (undernet) ircds.

Note: Currently not working...

No longer developed since i'm currently working on rage instead.

Fixed yet another bug from the api port. This time in the gline
data parser.
Added tbh.c, xchat version.

Forgot to fix the dcc chat client ip bug.
Fixed the friend detection code (silly me).
And other small fixes...

Mimir 2.0-alpha-9
Added additional ignore notifications. One in the channel and one in
the frontmost tab.
Fixed some more in the floodprotection code.
Removed non needed build dependencies... Glib is no longer required.
Now works on win32 aswell, fixes and additions done by Bart King =)
Bart also pointed me to a long standing bug in /kbi...
(it's been there since the 1.8.x -> 2.0.x plugin api conversion...)
Made some use of the xchat_context commands.
Fixed a long standing bug in the private ip detection.
